The Service Coordinator is responsible for basic case management and day to day coordination of supportive service activities performed on behalf of the residents of the property under the direction of the Director of Community Managers. Must have the professional knowledge and skills sufficient to assess the physical needs of residents, advocate on their behalf and refer for services as observed and/or requested. It requires the ability to document services and complete HUD and other reports as required.
The Health and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the planning and delivery of health and wellness programs for our seniors such as health screenings, lunch and learn seminars, flu-shots, smoking cessation and exercise programs that improve balance and self-care management programs related to chronic conditions. The Health and Wellness Coordinator will act as a liaison with primary care and service providers and will monitor residents following their return from a hospital or rehabilitation stay. The Coordinator will keep abreast of current national wellness and wellbeing initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts to use.
The Property Accountant is responsible for basic Accounting functions that include the preparation and review of financial statements but are not limited to reconciling balances of general ledgers and making any necessary adjustments to ledger; and reconciles bank statements for all properties. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. The property accountant is also responsible for processing payroll, collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions, collecting timekeeping information, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
The Recertification Clerk handles all resident recertification processing and paperwork by following HUD regulations and guidelines.
The Maintenance Technician must be able to efficiently perform a variety of maintenance and janitorial duties in an effort to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community, in a timely, professional and courteous manner, using the appropriate equipment.
